Has anyone used them? I'm tired of cleaning my wheels every other day, and I already have Ford's "low dusting" Pads!

For this, there is really no solution. DO NOT get the brake dust shields, as they retain heat and cause rotors to warp and go bad long before they would normally. You may want to look into other types, such as hawk performance pads, or kevlar, or something else of the sort.

Thats not your particular application, but I have heard some good things about those particular pads

I too do not like the dust shields. Not only do the retain the heat, but I think they look dumb too. I like to see my rotor, I'm odd like that. I have never used kevlar pads, I think I will give them a try. I want to get new rotors first though, there is a very slight pulse, but it's enough to drive me crazy.

Assuming you have low milage on your nav, you could always just have them turned. Alternatively

Those two items are cross drilled and slotted rotors. Although I have always swayed away from slotted, as they are really for race application, I am going to put a set on mine. I think the cross drilled will really aid in cooling the rotor down and bringing these bad boys to a stop. I don't see it cost effective to spend 3 grand on a baer or brembo kit.
